Here is a little info about me. I grew up in Mesquite, TX. If you are picturing cowboy boots, girls with big hair, and Friday night high school football that's Mesquite. I learned early on that growing up here would be difficult for an Indian kid. I also learned to use my sense of humor to get me out of tough spots. I love to make people laugh and in 2002 I started my stand up career. My dreams of making the world giggle began. However, my Mom's dream of her son being a doctor crashed and burned. (You may think that's sad but this is the same lady that said I would be a great computer engineer because I reset the clock on the microwave without the manual). I've been extremely lucky. In a relatively short amount of time I've worked with some of the best comics in the country like Pablo Francisco, Brian Regan, and Bobby Slayton. I'm also proud to say that I co-founded the first ever South-Asian comedy night at the Improv.So come check out a show. You'll see things from my perspective. Whether it is talking about my family, growing up, or just day to day observations, there is something there for everyone.
